Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@findorly.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging
  • Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@findorly.com with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
