How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via standard shipping. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from US-based warehouses, which means faster delivery and no international customs delays.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@findorly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll take it from there.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or full refund, no return required.
